S0042 DRESDEN - Trans Atlantic liner. She was built in 1915 for the North German Lloyd Line as the ZEPPLIN for service from Germany to Australia. In 1919 she was taken by the Allies as WWI reparation and bought by the Orient Line and renamed ORMUZ. NGL repurchased her in 1927, renamed her DRESDEN and put her into service to NY. In 1934 she struck a rock and sank in Norway. This view was taken in heavy seas on the Atlantic on 8/29/31.
